Greek myths to the fore

Teseo vs Minotaur  - Theseus followed her suggestion and entered the labyrinth with the thread. Theseus managed to kill the Minotaur and save the Athenians, and with Ariadne’s thread he managed to retrace his way out.
Hercules vs Cerbero -  the hero threw his strong arms around the beast, perhaps grasping all three heads at once, and wrestled Cerberus into submission. The dragon in the tail of the fierce flesh-eating guard dog bit Hercules, but that did not stop him. Cerberus had to submit to the force of the hero, and Hercules brought Cerberus to Eurystheus.
Medusa - She was a monster, a winged human female with living venomous snakes in place of hair. 
Trojan horse - The horse was built by Epeius, a master carpenter and pugilist. Trojan horse, huge hollow wooden horse constructed by the Greeks to gain entrance into Troy during the Trojan War.
Apollo&Dafne 
Apollo also used his powers of eternal youth and immortality to render Daphne evergreen. 
Aphrodite - the Goddess of Love and Beauty. 
Two different stories explain the birth of Aphrodite. The first is that she was the child of Zeus and Dione.
The second story, however, Aphrodite rose from the foam of the sea.

Ares - God of war. Ares represents the violent and physical untamed aspect of war.
Demetra - The goddess of the harvest and presides over grains and the fertility of the earth. She revealed to man the art of growing and using corn.
Artemide - Goddess of the hunt. She was sometimes associated with the goddess of the moon.
Dioniso - god of wine. Dionysus was also honored in lyric poetry.
Poseidon - God of the sea, earthquakes, storms. Poseidon possessed a palace, made of gems and coral, located on the ocean floor.
Ade - the god of the underworld. Cerberus was a three-headed dog who guarded his realm.
Apollo - the god of many things, including: music, poetry, art, oracles, archery, plague, medicine, sun, light and knowledge.
Apollo served as an intermediary between the gods and men.
Athena - She is goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice. Athena was the Goddess of War, the female counterpart of Ares. 
Efesto - the god of fire, metalworking. Efesto crafted the armor that Achilles wore in the Trojan War.
Zeus - the king of the gods and sitting atop the golden throne on Olympus.
With this supreme power came a number of roles and responsibilities.
Era - Queen of the olympian gods. She was the wife and sister of Zeus.
 The peacock was sacred to her.
CHIMERA - a fire-breathing female monster resembling a lion in the forepart, a goat in the middle, and a snake behind. It was killed by Bellerophon, assisted by Pegasus.
